Intercepts tape label read and write operations to retrieve them from a local disk directory.

Virtual tape labels are Vitam-specific identifiers that INA does not manage. Intercepting these operations avoids sending internal artifacts over the network and eliminates unnecessary INA round-trips for tiny files, significantly optimizing read and write performance.

Label files are persisted locally via TapeLabelStore. All other I/O operations (such as archive files) are delegated directly to the underlying IoService.
